• Is there any cost to set up our store, and are we locked into a contract?
  None and no. There is no cost to set up your store. We build it, you earn from it, and you can walk away anytime.
• How long does it take to get our store up and running?
  Once we have your high quality logo, most stores are live within a week. We handle everything — design, setup, and product creation.
• What do we need to provide to get started?
  At least one high quality version of your primary logo. Alternative logos are welcome and give us more to work with. A signed agreement giving us permission to utilize your logo.
• How does the 50/50 split work and when do we get paid?
  Every sale, the net profit after production costs is split 50/50 between your organization and Threaded Teams. This is a partnership. Earnings are paid out quarterly — sales from each quarter are processed and paid within 30 days of the quarter closing.
• Will this interfere with our current uniform and clothing supplier?
  Not at all. We don't supply uniforms or equipment. Continue your bulk orders with your supplier as usual. Threaded Teams is designed to fill the gap — giving families year round access to team gear, one order at a time, on their own schedule.
• Do we manage the store, and can we approve the designs?
  No. We handle everything — setup, design, product updates, and ongoing management. Your only job is to share the link with your families. Our designs are straightforward — we apply your logo to quality products using proven placements. Most orgs don't need to review before going live. However, if you'd like to approve designs before launch, we're happy to accommodate. For any custom or fresh designs, we'll work with you through an approval process before anything goes live.
• What kinds of products are available?
  We offer a range of products for men, women, and kids — hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeves, quarter zips, tank tops, hats, tumblers, mugs, blankets, stickers, tote bags, and fanny packs.
• What happens if a family wants a return or exchange?
  All sales are final. Since every product is custom made to order for your team, we are unable to accept returns. If there is a production or quality issue we will make it right. We recommend letting your families know upfront so expectations are set before they order.
• How long does shipping take?
  Production typically takes 2-3 business days. Shipping time varies by location and method selected at checkout.
• What determines your prices?
  Quality and the nature of made-to-order production. Bulk orders benefit from volume discounts — we don't have that. Every product is made one at a time, on demand. Families are paying for something made specifically for them, and the quality reflects that.
