Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Custom Products – No Returns or Exchanges

All Threaded Teams products are made-to-order and customized based on your selections. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Any other customer-related error

 


 

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect due to our error

 


 

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email support@threadedteams.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or error

Failure to provide sufficient information may result in denial of the request.

 


 

4. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We do not require returns of defective items unless specifically requested.

 


 

5. Shipping Issues

Threaded Teams is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
